No just green. Some yellow would add to the aestetics
but I don't think it'd taste any better. My favorite farm
stand is closing for good the end of this year. The family
that runs it is apparently pretty well off and got tired
of putting up with the public. They grew about 70% of what
they sold and were some of the nicest people. I am really
really gonna miss them and their produce :(
I'm marinating 6 lbs of their brussell sprouts since yesterday
afternoon. After I cook them tonight I'll freeze most of them.
