AT&T Wireless (AWE) 13.17: Soundview initiating coverage on AWE with a BUY rating and $20 price target; co seeing a pickup in Q4 demand and churn should improve; while co faces significant challenges in rolling out GSM/GRPS, valuation is attractive.

In a separate note, Salomon Smith Barney believes AWE is having a good Q4, and sees co moving increasingly toward NOK as primary infrastructure vendor. <<
