I don't have any real take on this.

Rumors have been flying for some time that Antonio Perez and Marc Lassus were clashing like crazy.

Now we have Marc stepping down and Perez resigning.

Looks to me like the Quandt's and Texas Pacific may have been behind this. Dr. Hasso Von Falkenhausen is a long time associate of the Quandt's. I thought he had pretty much retired. He stepped down as Board Chairman of Datacard (Quandt property) over a year ago.

That's about all I know (which isn't much).
