Well len, aside from the fact that this is one of the maps the Palestinians began publishing about nine months after Taba (at the actual talks they absolutely refused to come up with maps of their own demands), the map shows an offer of 95% of the West Bank. This offer was refused without even a counter-offer; I call that pretty maximalist. When you negotiate, do you expect to sit with folded arms until you are offered 100% of your demands?
