Sorry to have to give you a "re-direct". I'm not the informed source on this issue; just a casual observer. Joe Copia brought the subject up on TGL, so I plunked the board in here to provide yakking space. I believe that Jim Bishop had some concerns that there might be some 504 stock out there. And, he was kind enough to provide an educational link to that rather massive missive on "...Everything you always wanted to know about 504s, but were afraid to ask..."!! Check yesterday's posts for Bish/TGL. However, no one has quoted the transfer agent, or provided a link to such data yet. If you run across something semi-factual (..preferably with a link..), lay it on us, my Man. John :-) .
