Jim, I have no idea how to figure out the value. Some of the courses went out at a profit, but if they are off 20% and they are 70% leveraged, then they wouldn't have much left over after selling commissions, etc. I do figure there will be climatic end of year tax loss selling this month with a likely 30-50% rebound, but it could drop to 2 or 3 before hitting bottom. With TEE in trouble also, no one is likely to be buying courses, especially if you have to fly to get there. Richard Happy Holidays. I'm heading out of town until next year.
