The somewhat vague but inclusive language related to options is on the facing page 7 in the parargaph beginning Options... will be subject to the constructive sale rule through issuance of Treasury regulations... It's sort of saying.. "we have not written it down yet, but if you try to play this game we're gonna get ya".

Nice, huh??
