You've cited another example of false and misleading information attributed to REFR. It was addressed by the appropriate source - InspecTech.

In this instance involving SPD-equipped armored cockpit doors, Mr. Asensio has attempted to make a minor miscommunication between InspecTech and TTF appear to be an important matter. Under agreements between InspecTech and TTF, InspecTech is scheduled to deliver a prototype model SPD-equipped cockpit door in mid-December to show performance and reliability. InspecTech believes that this application will greatly increase cockpit security by enabling a pilot to view activities in the main cabin of an aircraft without leaving the cockpit.

Tim Morgan, managing principal for TTF Aerospace states, ``We have worked out our communication concerns with InspecTech and look forward to receiving the mock up for the optional cockpit door window.''

Jim Lang, president of InspecTech, states, ``This is just one more of many feeble attempts to sabotage InspecTech's business dealings. Anyone following the progress with InspecTech will obviously understand why Mr. Asensio is becoming very nervous and will try any tactic to disparage InspecTech and its products.''

InspecTech issued that release and have delivered the door to TTF. If Mr. Asensio believes he has some issue here then he should contact Jim Lang or go to the InspecTech web site for an update. inspectech.net
He doesn't fool any REFR investors as to what his motives are. The bottom line to REFR shareholders is that aviation industry is embracing several SPD products as can be seen by several recent announcements. TTF is just one of several companies with whom InspecTech has relations and is working on SPD product fits for their needs. InspecTech is projecting a goal 5000 windows per month for 2002. From what I hear about the response to SPD products at the NBAA show, they will have no problem meeting that goal.
