Okay RR, I have a fax. LOL wonder what kind of trouble this is going to get me into. HEY I JUST NOTICED THERE IS A BIG MISTAKE THERE, THE LETTER SAYS THE 50MM WERE ISSUED DEC 29...UMMM THAT'S NEXT WEEK.
I just photographed the fax, didn't take the time to white balance etc, and the top part of the transfer agent name is cut off, but you can read it...also the logo hides some of the print, but the jist of it is all readable.

I have taken off George's last name, his fax, and the name of the person at Pacific that sent it.

www3.telus.net

"As of the date of 12-3-01 to 12-18-01 the total issued and outstanding for Intrac were 1,008,450. On 12-29-01 50,000,004 shares were issued from treasury, bringing the outstanding to 51,008,454"

When I was on the phone with Pacific, I asked how the stock was issued, was told 504's.

You might want to read yanks post on RB as well.

Now obviously the r/s actually happened Dec 3. So in fact from the 3rd to the 18th, when millions of shares were trading, the total o/s was only 1,008,450.

Totally amazing.
