Mr. Donald Busby reports

EMPLOYEE AND DIRECTOR OPTIONS
Director and employee options to purchase one million common shares for a
term of three years at an exercise price of 45 cents per share have been
granted. These option grants replace 860,052 options, which are expiring
and also include certain options granted to meet contractual obligations of
the company. The granting of the options is subject to acceptance of filing
with regulatory authorities.
