Oh Doc so the military was reshaped in seven months before any budget was ever passed by the Bush Administration is that correct. The budget and strategy the military is working under is the Clinton era. Starting next year Mr. Bush' team will begin to make changes until then it is Clinton's military sorry bud you got to be a fool to think that there is anything different about the US military today than nine months ago
