ASTN hired FUE, ASTN a willing partner Fred hired FUE to do what they did. He saw what they did for other companies, boiler room. He wanted that and sold into it. Heck, after they did the ipo and the boiler room, he hires Ivan right when FUE is going out of business as they were busted by NASD. Immediately after the mob boiler room started to die down Fred hired two fraudulent stock promoters in a row to hype it back up. Westergaard and CCE were both then busted by the SEC for fraud. Again Fred sells into the CCE hype, right before the product launch. What do you not understand?
