Getch, you are right. The ENE thing will be the begining of the second round of market reform that started (and failed) after the Great Depression. Hopefully we won't be fooled again.

In terms of what this means to tech stocks and QCOM in particular I would keep an eye on employee stock options and how they are handled. If you take those things into account companies like QCOM, MSFT, etc. are extremely overpriced. It may be companies like SUNW who get hit first mainly because they have been hiding their pricing problems for some time.

One day the deception will be paid for.
