Well. It looks like this one may end up being one for the record books.

One of the ironies will be that if the vision improvement system really has merit, it's implementation will be considerably delayed and/or deferred - resulting in those who might benefit from it being denied the therapy. That sucks.

Thanks for the continuing input (...especially without any of the typical insults, epithets and snarling pseudo-know-it-all commentary commonly associated with some around SI...).

Could be that this situation may end up being one of the straws that finally knocks the SEC off dead center in cracking down on MFMMM OTCBB BS.

I imagine we'll see the usual class-action notifications by some Barph, Philibluster and Dawdle, LLC outfit pretty soon - considering the neighborhood the company is located in.
