I only saw a minute of the video, but I think that link you just posted has juxtaposed a pic of Bin Laden with a pic of the OTHER guy in the Bin Laden video. I hope they aren't implying that the video didn't have Bin Laden in it. If there is fraud here, it is that someone took an actual Bin Laden videotape, and dubbed over some different audio (since the audio is so muffled as to be barely audible).

Probably the strongest evidence the conpiracy theorists have in this instance is that the theory was officially denied (by the President, no less).
