Yes and no. SDRAM has gone up a little too but you are right about DDR. Probably because of the P4-DDR chipset+ DDRSDRAM demand. Probably some P4s will live on with SDRAM for a while until DDR production comes up to speed.
I bought 2 sticks of 256m Crucial DDR for $25 (35-10) each 13 days ago at BB after MIR. Now I see they are $75 each at Crucials website.
