I figure I should celebrate now just in case the prices above 8 don't last. This is around the time of the quarter when Mackie usually preannounces that they will miss the analyst's expecatations. Perhaps they have been able to lower the analyst's expectations so that they won't miss this time around. Hard to say how much the lawsuit has affected the stock price. If they were to get a restraining order to prevent Behringer from shipping look alike mixers it would be huge but I think Mackie might have a hard time proving that their designs were stolen. The analyst upgrade is good news and I hope their confidence in the company proves to be well founded.
