Hi, I'm using the time tested S.O.G. method... Stupid Old Guess. I think the only thing in this market that is going to help SFE is when they come out with earnings on the 22nd. If they don't make earnings which is unlikely based on the statement W. Musser made about meeting or exceeding earnings estimates. Regarding the rights offering... again S.O.G., based on cooments the company made about having no immediate plans on an IPO for DTP. How many months does it take from the announcement of an IPO to purchasing the rights? Does anyone know the time frame for ISCG? I think it was early Feb and rights were available Mid April. So SFE would have to announce real soon for this to occur before Oct. Again S.O.G! Brian good luck, While SFE is making me nervous long term I think SFE is a great stock. You could almost make the argument that this is a hi-tech mutual fund. Later, Bob
