James I agree: I talked to Russell Godwin and he said they are not out He said they are working on arranging the financing but said they were not out yet! They are having trouble raising the money with all junior mining companys in the dumps, but he did say it is not out of the question by any means. As they say, "it ain't over till it's over!" He also said they had some other very interesting properties they were investigating at this time with JV partners and one without which would be 100% MXR. He was very candid and forthright and I would suggest anyone concerned give him a call and get it right from the horses' mouth as they say. Good Luck to all, Ron. P.S. Current prices are dirt cheap IMO.
