At this rate...

<p>

Many other energy traders may turn to junk. The house of cards that this industry appears to be based upon is starting to wobble. Funny thing is, ENE could emerge with funding from a major bank with huge exposure and start getting market share in trading because the markets are now ALL risky. Anything is possible...

People trading on the news that the court simply transferred the case out of New york are hilarious. It means nothing. It is a jursidictional issue. That is all. The merits have not been resolved. Not likely to be definitively for some time. Does DYN have the staying power to fight this, being one step away from junk? Ha!
