Yes, I know there was a 3 for 2 split on 28-Feb which made the price around $28. It quickly spiked up to 33 but then tumbled to 23 during March.

I surmise it's around this time that insiders started getting worried and locked in some of their profits. There's no reason to believe that they sold because the company's outlook was weakening, IMO...
