Question for ENE experts:

I have not followed the ENE meltdown closely. In the last couple of days, there has developed an apparent short squeeze in silver. (The apparent squeeze is suggested mainly by the lease rates, not by the spot or front month silver price.) One possible explanation for the apparent squeeze would be swap counterparty failure. Has there been any disclosure suggesting ENE involvement in, for example, precious metal derivative contracts, perhaps with major New York banks? Thanks in advance.
