It wasn't a particularly good joke, but the one I was responding too was, actually. Since I make comparatively few cracks, I have more reason to complain of lame jokes, anyway. Finally, you reiterate the same assertions, I take some trouble to reply, and then you generally either merely assert the same thing, without engaging, or cop out with a quip. How many times am I going to have to go over the legal reasoning of the decision before you will offer at least one argument showing why it is wrong? I cannot even get up the will to bother to argue again, knowing that you will not engage in a serious, sustained argument......
