After The Bell - Tech shares steady in pre-holiday trade
NEW YORK, Dec 21 (Reuters) -
In another shelf registration, InterMune, Inc. (NasdaqNM:ITMN - news), a biotechnology company, said it has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Administration to sell up to $150 million of stock, but has no immediate plans to offer the stock. InterMune's stock dipped to $50.10 in after hours trading, from a $50.30 regular close.
