* OT Ham Radio *** Hi Richard. Yes, I was very active from 1966-1968, mostly CW DX work with a Drake 2B receiver and a 150 watt transmitter (can't quite remember name) to a 2 element quad antenna. I worked 90 countries in my first year with a general ticket and was hooked! The sunspots were strong. I was 15. Then I went away to college and a hurricane took the quad down. Then I became busy and the internet took off and the rest is history. Are you still active?
