In Internet Explorer, click on Tools, Internet Options...
In the dialog box, click on the Security Tab.
For each of the Zones, (Internet, Local Intranet, Trusted Sites, Restricted Sites), click on the Custom Level button.
What is the Security Level for each of these Zones (High, Medium, Medium-Low, Low)?
Internet zone should be set to Medium.
Local Intranet zone should be set to Medium-Low.
Trusted Sites zone should be set to Low.
Restricted Sites zone should be set to High.
Do you recall which Zone DATEK had you change (probably the Internet zone)? If they had you change the Internet zone, let us know which settings are Disabled.
