In most of the world the law you refer to as Religious Law is the only law. Israel, the Arab world, many states in Europe have most of their laws based largely or in many cases solely on what you call 'religious law'.

when and how many Can't you do independent historical analysis. The entire Jewish populations of both regions were expelled after a week of rioting that killed around 100 and injured hundreds of Jews in Hebron, with smaller but significant loss of life in Gaza. BTW you can also look at Arab riots in the Holy City at the turn of the century where the Armenia Jewish Community (who lived in that city and location for hundreds of years) was annihalated in mass, by your Arab friends.

The IRGUN and Stern gangs were in large part an outgrowth of the British policy of Arab appeasement associated with events like the 1929 massacre's.
