Dear Patricia: Oh God, I think you might be from Marion County. If so, I suppose you are HOPELESS. I think that Walker kids parents ought to be investigated and charged with SOMETHING. How about SEDITION? We need to scare the Bejeezus out of those people and WAKE THEM UP to the real world. This kid is going to take the fall but the truth is his local environment is the cause of everything. As to testing, how the heck would one know if one is achieving success without testing to find out? Just THROWING MONEY at the problem of education has PROVEN to be LESS THAN WORTHLESS. JDN
