Hi Brian, Fertile territory for not only technology imrovement but any construction is capacity expansion as well. Undoubtedly will force the shuttering of what must be a considerable amount of "OLD FABS" that exist out there. Good to see something happening that will end up as an order - they seem to be elusive as we begin 2002. Wanted to wish you a Happy Holiday.Thank you for your hard efforts over this last year.
