earlie, the recession is over. market turned before the economy did. naz already up substantially since 9/21/01. granted - a lot of money has been spent on the war, is still being spent on the war and there was excess cap ex on tech and fibre. oh, and that budget surplus went the way of the 30 year treasury. i also have a suspicion that argentina might well default on a lot of debt. btw- the internet and computers and chips ain't going away.
