AA - Makes sense - it slowly dawned on us that there is no such thing as a "budget surplus." Instead, we got a lump of coal. Fiscal beats monetary, check and mate. The 10 year would be a better proxy for rates with the scarcity premium of the 30. Thanks for letting me lurk & learn and happy holidays to all (esp that Freep guy - he funny) td (who, speaking of real estate, dumped his CT house 18 months ago and moved to ME - best trade I've made all around)
