Wolf, Great posts. We're going to have to start paying you.

I'm wondering if WF10 study is still blinded. I originally thought that Becky's DD would include looking at the final data but now I think it didn't. I think DMX has essentially a call on Oxo. They pay a token half million plus the few millions they have already advanced and on-going expenses in order to see the phase 3 results. If the later payments are tied to milestones, it won't be a total disaster for DMX if WF10 phase 3 wasn't approvable.

Jim, I think you may be looking at things more clearly than some of us long timers who've lived through a lot of disappointments. Somebody has been buying all those Acqua shares and the stock has been moving up even against the tax loss selling. If someone is looking for an entry, I'm sure Joe could tell us when this current draw will end. If this is the last draw, I believe the price will quickly double on no new news. I've seen this happen before in similiar situations (actually I've seen moves of 300-1000% but that was in the go go days of 1999). Rebecca needs a price of 8.00 Canadian to list on Nasdaq.
