darbyred, did your broker also tell you how many options management has in total? If you take a look at the SEC docs, you'll see that for the most part, these directors are selling ~10-20% of their holdings. Opinions differ on insider sales, but when I see a CEO holding on to 80-90% of their options (likely with more coming as part of their annual reviews), I'd say its more bullish than bearish.

BORL has had a huge run this year, I say the latest pullback is just a little profit taking. At the beginning of the year, BORL had zero firms following it with recommendations. The last I counted, they have 7 buy/strong buy ratings. Not bad considering how bad the market was in 2001.

I think this is just the start...I'm looking forward to 2002.
