Graduate or undergraduate GPA used in admissions decision?

Does anyone know for sure what most law school admissions committees use for the GPA calculation -- the undergraduate GPA or the graduate school GPA, if there is one? For instance if an applicant has both a BS and a master's degree, which GPA is used for purposes of determining admission?
