Hello Harry The stock market is a place for buyer and seller. Even a stock go down, there are equal of buyers and seller. There are X number of people wanted to get out and some people are very optimistic about the future and they think this is a good time to get in. Anyway, which way you wanted to go is still a gamble of the future. May be someone will argue that the Q report or the annual report, but the future is only a projection. Nobody knows which way the O & G is going in the next 12 months. regards George
