I personally believe our government is doing an excellent job about it now. I feel we have a little less rhetoric and more action to solve the problem. There is no way to bring back the lives of those that died. It just cannot be done. It is a lesson to this country that was a little "overkill" and certainly no pun intended. I believe the future will turn out better. We have our memeories but we can only live the future. This comparison pales compared to death. The losses I sustained when shorting Amazon from a financial point of view would have ruined my planned retirement. After six months of griping about, I decided it was time to do something about it. The gain was a learning lesson to cut losses and I will never sustain a loss like that again. Also, the retail landscape was changing and it was time I changed with it. Even though I made the money back, the original money is gone. If it was not, I would have more. One truly can't compare the severity and sadness between loss of thousands of lives and some money. One can compare how we can learn and improve. It feels like this country is more united than in the past. It seems people around me work better together. I believe this country is better than it was prior to September 11th. That is a small consolation but something was gained. Heck even you and Bill are back sniping at each other;-)What more can one ask for in life? <VBG>
