well...they have discount notes, convertible notes, capitalized lease obligations in addition to other financing. also, their convertibles are denominated in euros, which i found interesting.

they have 2.1 billion in debt, a market cap of 3.72 billion, sales of 2.98 billion per quarter and 668 million in cash.

they also have a short interest approaching 40% with institutional ownership approximating 110%.

at these levels, i've seen far better shorting opportunities to be honest with you, particularly since the earliest date their debt matures is in 2008. it's a crowded trade with way too much time before any cash flow crisis presents.
