Get real rjm2, look at OVIS-RMIL or IFTP-IFTA or OLEX or NPEC and on and on.Lots of ambiguous press releases and questionable dealings,you see any securities fraud cases? Unless they (the officers)are knowing participants in a boiler room scheme or naked shorting through an offshore account or something equally as blatant any action against AREE or any other penny stock is highly unlikely.Your's is just a feeble scare tactic akin to "rev split coming" or "company going Q soon".Why not stick to valid concerns like will there be dilution to pay for the deal.At least that is a more relevant issue.
