the difference in reported market cap for RVDP is most likely attributable to the fact that the stock trades in ADR's (Depositary Receipts) on Nasdaq. Six common shares per ADR.
Company is a complete hype. They have been rolling up losing ed software companies to create the illusion of growth. due for a big fall when reality hits home. Should be in the next couple of quarters.
