Looking more closely at this red wine article, there seems to be quite a lot of variation between different wines.
Clearly people are going to have to sample quite a few different wines to make sure you have all bases covered

OK, Rick what kind of studies do you have planned for suds?

2002 could be a vintage biotech year. May you all partake.
