The NAZ delisting process takes a minimum of 90 days. A demotion from the NNM can be either to the Naz Small Caps listing or the BB. I don't much care for the BB as a market, but I'm just holding, so it makes little difference. If the company's fortunes look better some time in the 1st QTR, delisting may not become an issue. It certainly isn't one now...
