We need to wait it out and see what happens. I do find the increased bureaucracy of national tests a bit "off philosophy" for Republicans who stress "less government". I also find it dangerous for any one group to set forth national guidelines as to the specifics of what gets taught in schools. We are going down a slippery slope when we regulate educational material........the prospects for abuse are huge.( And that goes for Democrats or Republicans).

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!! I just checked in for a sec. I was up at 6:30 and drove to the coast to pick up my seafood to tomorrow's bouillabaisse. I am in the middle of a marathon cooking spree which won't end for a couple days..........Bon Appetit and have a good one!!
