PCTL went down steeply after it was announced that they would
have even lower revenues than previously anticipated. That was
just before 3PM, but VSVR didn't react - it actually touched
13 1/2 after 3:30.

Will VSVR react adversely (tomorrow) to the PCTL situation or
is the company diverging enough from PCTL (present and future)
for it to follow its own path?
