The issue wasn't 30 million - it was a claimed 40% INCREASE in shipments - from 26.5 million to 30 million. Can you do a little math - or are you already knee deep into the egg nog? Monica, you should be far more concerned about the 30 million worldwide that the 40% Japanese marketshare. 2. The Japanese GM ? He wasn't Japanese, he wasn't from Japan and he wasn't a GM - did you even read the details? No, but I do know that the 40% pertains to primarily Japanese units shipped... 3. It bothers you not that AMD is making record shipments while simultaneously losing money? No, not when I look ast INTC's financials and see a decline of almost $10 billion in profit in 1 year stemming from their highly unsuccessful efforts to stem market share erosion to AMD... I guess you and AMD do have one thing in common - a distinct propensity to lose money consistently over a long period of time. Now just who is it that is talking about something about which they know nada???
