This is not a valid comparison as the 1.6 GHz Athlon is NOT marketed at 1.6 GHz but a 1900+ Mhz chip (vs a T-bird or P4 or whatever). AMd has even given instructions for OEMs not to mention the true MHz of the chip. If you are going to compare it should be a 1900 Ghz P4 to a XP 1900+. in price.

Without the PR rating AMD would be in even deeper trouble than they are.
