Dear Linda,

I'm afraid you're a little late with your warning. I'd be willing to bet that anyone who follows this thread and who wasn't born yesterday either bought long before Mr. Ebeling was appointed to his present position, or, has decided to sit back see how this venture pans out.

I, for one, bought quite a while back. At IMMM's present price, selling now, for me, would be useless. The way I figure it, I still have five months to sell and take a gains/loss adjustment on my taxes, IF I decide to do so. Frankly, I'm intrigued with the technology and the history behind it as well. With VERY little else to lose, I find I'd rather watch and see what happens.

It sounds to me as if you have had prior dealings with Mr. Ebeling perhaps in the past? No matter, Mr. Ebeling has already been raked over the coals here on this thread and I'm not interested in bringing it back up for a rehash.

I'd like to point out that I do "do my research" before buying any security, but, as I stated before, Mr. Ebeling was not in his present position when I bought. I would also point out that I bought shares with my eyes open and [IMO] with the same "greed" factor as most everyone else who bought in. No one likes to lose money and I'm no exception. However, I invested in IMMM fully aware that it was a VERY RISKY venture. If, in fact, it does turn out that there was any fraud or illegal activities involved, then, of course, legal recourse would be the answer.

BUT, until such things are brought to light, I'd rather use this thread to follow and exchange any information about the current status of IMMM/NAEC with others who are as concerned as I am.

While I'm positive your post was made with no ill intent, I must admit your statement "Why would anyone invest in any venture that Mr.Ebeling is involved with?" comes off as somewhat rude and belittling to me, as if I should have known months in advance that he was going to be appointed as Sec/Treas of IMMM. I did not invest in Mr. Ebeling Linda, I invested in EM-SOUNDER the technology. Mr. Ebeling was apponted after I made my decision to invest in the technology.

Oh well, perhaps the decline in share price and "no news" attitude of IMMM have me on edge and maybe a little hyper-critical ;-)

I appreciate your concern and will certainly keep my eyes on the management of IMMM (as I have from the beginning), but right now I'm in it chest deep and I'd rather have substantial news {good or bad} concerning IMMM, than to be told "you shouldn't have" again........and again......;-)
