Well, Christmas is over and I am exhausted. Our last two days have been filled with many lively conversations coupled with much laughter.
The food was wonderful but I probably won't do as much next year. I prepared two huge pots of bouillabaisse that contained 15lbs. of clams, 8 lbs. of mussels, 11 crab, 4 swordfish steaks cut into bite size pieces, 5lbs of calamari tubes, 2lbs of scallops and 6 lbs of large shrimp, 10 heads of garlic, 8 bunches of green onions and and a stalk of celery along with fresh rosemary and oregano from my garden.......................I am truly exhausted. Along with the appetizers, salad, bread , dessert and all the ambiance that I designed....................good night!! I'm too tired to utter too many more words in a public forum!! LOL.
Next year maybe we'll make it easier and just go to Maui for Christmas!!!
