If I understood you correctly, then yes, I borrowed, hypothetically, USD 100k of Yen, converted to Yen, and will pay 1.125% interest for the fun of using it 365 days, and will shoulder the exchange rate non-risk on my account when I return the Yen loan at any time.

In this case, I am using the proceeds of the loan only for betting on gold and its derivatives, shares and options, possibly futures.
