Looking for data to populate the following simple spreadsheet:

Here are my columns:

(1) Top 500 drugs ranked by year 2000 sales

(2) Company

(3) Year 2000 Sales (of drug)

(4) % change in sales (of drug) Year 2000/1999

(5) Off-Patent Date

(6+) Generics currently under development in the space with company and current stage of development

Could you point me to any convenient sources for this data?
Would be happy to share results.
