The 10 million boat that became a 150K boat you mentioned. Or the 5.2 billion Winstar network that became $42.5 million scrap heap. These two examples are kaboom!

Overcapacity has to be withdrawn from the system. And it must be dumped at any rate -what me and Carranza2 call "digestion".
